Mothers and daughters often share a special bond as do this bride and her mother, who flew in from New York for this bridal photo shoot.  The love and affection that they share made the photo shoot a wonderful experience for all.  Their relationship enhanced the dynamics of the shoot, making it a highly successful event.

These preliminary shoots are invaluable to photographers and the family.  They allow us to meet and interact with the family and allow them to become relaxed in front of our cameras.  Having your every move and expression documented can make some people slightly tense.  These sessions eliminate some of the “unknown” and give photographer and subject time to get acquainted, learn posing techniques, and have a little fun.

These two didn’t need that extra time as the images show, but we shared an enjoyable afternoon as we worked with mother and bride to provide memories of this wonderful time in their lives.
